Trial & Usage Requirement

Ayurvedic healing is a journey, not a quick fix. To ensure you experience the full benefits, returns are only accepted after a minimum 24-day usage period.

The bottle must contain at least 50% or more of the original quantity.

Used bottles are eligible for return.
At least half (50%) of the bottle must be remaining.

All Other Offerings

Blends, Rituals & Tools

Must be unopened with security seals intact.
Used or tampered items are not eligible for return.

Mandatory Proof

Before returning, customers must submit clear photos or videos showing:

General product condition
Remaining quantity (bottle level)
Weight quantity on a weighing scale

Our team will review and approve the request before you ship the product.

Refund Conditions

100% Product Refund

If all trial and condition requirements are met and verified, the full product amount is refunded with no deductions.

Partial or Rejected Refund

If conditions are only partially met or proof is missing, the refund request may be rejected.

Strict Eligibility

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

Product is less than 50% original quantity

Request raised before 24 days of usage

No clear photo/video proof submitted

Product is damaged intentionally

Sent back without our team's approval

Self-Shipping

To maintain our 100% refund commitment, customers must ship the product back at their own cost to our fulfillment center.
